Default Video for 2215

People keep asking me to see video on my 2215. Does anyone know a good source for video clips that will run in Windows Media Player 9 on a 2215?

Does anyone know of software that might allow me to transfer clips from some of my DVDs to my 2215?

Thanks!

Check out the guide for DVD to DivX conversion over at pocketmatrix.com - that'll tell you exactly how to rip and convert a DVD to play on your Ipaq.

You'll need this player as well.

I use Dr. DivX to rip the DVDs (my own), and then use Pocket MVP to play the files on my PPC.

Try windows encoder, it'll recode anything Windows Media can play. It's available at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

I've tried it and it's a good way to capture or reencode divx.

Great suggestion. However, I tried to convert a few Divx files and the Microsoft WMP 9 encoder says that it is missing some of the codecs that it needs to read the avi file.
