using an sps3000 with a 3835, won't scan the Interleaved 2 of 5

I love this 3835 Ipaq with a sps3000 attached. Good, stable laser tech for barcode items. This one will not decode an Interleaved 2of5 code! Yes I checked the box in the code parameters. I don't see anything else that keeps it from working. Other (UPCA) codes scan fine. Help!!

I'm do not have knowledge of your specific scanner, but we install Falcon 4400s where I work. I know there are settings for enabling scan codes in the control panel, and I believe 2 of 5 is disabled by default on ours. Do you have that setting in your system? If not, you probably will have to scan a programming code to turn on the feature.
