I have created shortcuts to other Microsoft Outlook calendars and inboxes on our network and can view and edit them as a delegate just fine via the outlook shortcuts bar. As an executive assistant, I would like to synch multiple people's calendars and add them to my IPAQ 3950. Is this possible?

I have tried dropping a link into the offline folder settings and trying to "cheat" --THIS FAILED.

PROBELEM: As a delegate can I create more "inboxes" and "calendars" so I can synch and track other peoples schedules?
