sync multiple mailboxes (2 outlook profiles)

I use 2 different outlook profiles, one for my work email and one for my personal email. Is there a way I can sync both of them to my HP 2215? If not, is there at least a way I can sync two inboxes in the same profile (is that even possible in outlook)?

Look at sync manager by www.kelbran.com. I have been using it for about 6 months...
