Heads up on the pre-release announcement for those of you that have purchased the Sprite WM5 backup only to find it didn't work with the Credant/HP protect tools. Looks like the public release date is next Wednesday.

This came out overnight to me in form of an email from the company but here's the link for the announcement:

For the rest of the non-credent world

New Features:
- Self Extracting backups
- Upgrade mode. You can now restore a backup across ROM's.


Thats way bigger! :way to go:

With all the ROM updates coming out on WM5 everybody is having problems and headaches having to figure out software and data migration. IF this works as well as 3.4.1 did we'll all be happier.
