I have ROM 1.0 and have tried to update to SP23661 ROM 1.11. I get as far as the steps telling me to press the #2 application button and power button together and perform a soft reset. When I reconnect the unit, it doesn't give me the next button to continue. I am performing the update to utilize a new SD Wifi card for our showroom. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to hold three different buttons down when you do the soft reset, if I believe. Also, make sure to hold the stylus in the soft reset hole for a few seconds. Once this is done, it should say "ROM Update" on the screen or something like that before you recradle it. If you don't get that special update screen, try the process again.
