Default SD slot on a H4150.. A quick question....

Hiya people..

Anyone know what the read / write speeds are of the Ipaq H4150's SD slot.

I am thinking of setting up a sat nav system on my Ipaq.
The Tomtom software has to be installed on a SD card.
I see many different speeds of SD cards at different prices, and dont want to spend a fortune on an expensive Ultra high speed card, if the Ipaq wont utilise the speed of the card to its full potential..

What speed is the maximum read / write that the ipaq can muster..

Your help would be most appreciated..

Rgds
Neil

The short answer is "not that fast." Something like a 100x card would probably be wasted. It would give you faster performance, but not the kind that the card's specs advertise.

So something like this would be OK..
Its not the fastest card in the world, but a bit faster than the standard card...

That would be fine. Realistically, you don't need a high-speed card for normal usage, it just gives a little performance boost to some things.
