There are a couple of SDIO cameras. Have a look at www.veo.com and www.lifeview.com for their cameras.

The Veo Pocket Traveler is cheaper but only works at 640 by 480. The Flycam by Lifeview is a 1.3 MP cam.

I am trying to get some review samples for a Pocket PC Thoughts review. If I can get review samples you'll see a review in the not that distant future.

PS Just chnaged the flyview address with lifeview - sorry for the mistake

Regards

Maybe I missed something, but veo.com only has an SecureDigital SDIO camera for Palms.

All PocketPC camera offerings from both sites are CompactFlash only, as far as I can tell.

;-(( yes, it seems that the veo, while sdio, only works with palm. i don't understand enough to understand why if it's sdio it won't work with any sdio interface? is there a ppc windows driver needed?

thx

Hi

Just got the following from Veo tech support

Quote:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. Yes, we plan to have an SDIO version of
the camera for the Pocket PC later this year.
