Default SD crashed... => how to get back data?

My SD crashed... data seems lost!

I was backing up my iPaq 4150 and the back up app tells me the SD is full. After pressing OK all the data on my SD was gone...

I'm sure my data is still there, but how to get them back?

Can anyone please help?

Jay

Try putting the card in a reader and checking it on the pc. Depending upon formatting you maybe able to use PC recovery tools. if not, try Googling as lots o tools exist. Your FAT table (is that rdundant?) is probably corrupt.

All tools are aimed at getting pictures back (digital camera)...
Any specific tool that can fix FAT on SD cards?

I think it's formatted for DOS? I just used it out of the box.

I think is it just DOS formatting, but it's been a while. http://www.wizcode.com/products/view...c_professional Pocket Mechanic can repair some problems and has a free trial.
