My hx4700 uses windows mobile 5 operating system. It was working fine for two weeks. Then the pocket pc performed a reset by itself without me touching any buttons. The first screen to come up was the alignment screen. I aligned it and then it went to the today screen. None of the programs that I installed before it reset itself would work. It still showed the programs on the start menu , and in the program folder, but none of them would open when I tapped on them. I performed a hard reset and now the pocket pc freezes on the blue and white screen with the hp logo on it. I have tried a hard reset with the ac adapter, and one with the battery, but it still freezes on the same blue and white screen.

Though it's a different way,we have the same result!
The hp screen froze after that hard reset~!Waiting for the answer!
