I just read a previous post that explained that to do a hard reset on a 2215, you are supposed to hold down the reset button and then press the calander and the iTask buttons at the same time, but this doesn't seem to be working for me.

Its kinda tough to keep the stylus pressed in on the reset button while trying to push two other buttons at the same time, but even when I do this, all I get is a soft reset.

Is this the correct procedure?
