Default Problem with Activesync

My 3955 stopped working so I sent it in for warranty repair. When I got it back and put it in the cradle, it made the sound it makes when it is recognized but activeync is not recognizing it. When I try the "Get Connected" thing, it does not recognize it. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it?

you can try lots of things: Reboot your computer, soft reset your iPAQ, uninstall/reinstall activesync, or delete your current partnership and create a new one. Hopefully one of those helps.

Welcome to PPCT

If the above doesn't work put in in then go to the device manager then unstinstall it (delete the activesync partnership too) and then let it all find it again and connect
