Not to step on your toes here Larry, but (A) isn't that above retail and (B) isn't ecost (or something) selling it for $649?

We're listing them at 8% above our cost. We have credit card fees, transaction fees and bills to pay. We can't sell them at a loss. We net about 3% on them at these prices. Maye ecost gets better pricing.

eCost shows $697, not $649. The prices are always higher for the first batch or two. We should be able to sell them for $699 or so about 4 weeks after they're released when the relax the price some.

and get it for much cheaper. plus, if you wait until january or february, they may have worked out whatever bugs/problems they'll find with the units.
