Default Please Help: Ipaq 2215 issue (big)

EDIT: I have found out what my problem is, after talking to my brother about what happened, he said that he left his drink next to it (soda) , our dog came when he was away, knocked it over and it kind of got under the pocket pc, so i will see if i still have a warranty, send it back and hopefully get it all up and working. I will replace the battery with another i had laying around to see if that works. Peace out!

Today i charged my Ipaq as i would usually do when not using it, and when i came back it was not turning on. So i did a soft reset, and then got it back working, but every time i shut it off i can never get it back on again without a soft reset which leads to a hard reset for some unknown reason.
