Well, I'm at the end of my tether. I moved over from Lotus Notes 6.5 to Outlook 2003 at the Office today, but all is not well. Although my calendar, contacts and tasks synced without a problem, I can't see any mail in my inbox. Messaging tells me that there are x unread items, but none of the messages (read or unread) appear on the screen.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Activesync 3.8 and deleting all Activesync partnerships and then setting up the PPC to synchronize only with the desktop. Since we're using Exchange at work, I tried setting up the PPC to sync with the server, but every time I try to tick the "Inbox" panel, I get the error message "Configuration failure: Unable to preserve the data on the device. It will be replaced during the next sync".

Any ideas, anyone? I'm using an hx4700.
