Neither HP nor MS can solve this one. I have 2215 WITH 2003 but cannot open emails. I see them and can delete them but they only start to open and never open.

And if I click on New, it adds one more entry into-t the drafts folder that says no recipients and no subject, but nothing I can open or edit in any way.

I have soft rest and hard reset per tech support instructions but nothing changes it.

Has no one seen this?

I am at a real loss now.

Sounds like something is buggered at a fundemental level - I suggest a hard reset and starting over.
