I just bought a 2215 @ Costco and I get home to start playing with the installed apps and although Nevo (remote control software) has an icon on the start menu it won't launch?

What exactly came with the unit????

Have you soft reset the unit? If you haven't or dont know how....
Turn over your PPC and on the back near the bottom, below the battery compartment is a small hole about the size of a pencil lead. Put the tip of your stylus in it, its a button. This will reboot your Pocket PC and restart all of your programs.
Nevo may be locked up. If so this should solve it.
