Quickie question: We're going to be buying a bunch of 4GB CF cards, throw them in CF sleeves, and use them with iPaq 3955s (running 2002 OS). Want to make damn sure that there's not some weird memory limitation to the PPC that won't let us utilize/recognize all the memory. A good thing to know before a purchase like this....

I'm not aware of any limitation. I haven't tried 4 GB cards myself, but I've mounted 10 GB hard drives as storage cards with no problem - I don't think you'll have any issues.
