I have not used my 5555 in a long while and I lost all settings.
How do I set up my incoming and outgoing email servers so that I can get on to the internet and receive email?

I thought it was under system settings but for some reason, I cannot find it.
Please give me detailed instructions since I am a novice with this device.

I assume you're using the default email client?

In that case, just run the client, click on Accounts in the menu, and select "New Account". A wizard will take you through the process.
