try to redigitize the screen.

if that still doesnt fix your problem, tell hp that you need a repair.

Just to be precise, you mean recalibrate, which can be done via the Screen option in Control Panel. However, there's a non-zero chance the touch layer on the screen is defective. :|

As a last ditch effort: hard reset your device (back it up first). Odds are that support will ask you to do this anyway!
