Morning Everyone.

My 5550 will not get to the fingerprint entry screen - it simply display's the owner info screen with black text on a white background with no graphics.

I've tried soft reseting and taking the battery out. The unit charges in it's cradle but it is not seen by activesync.

Am I going to have to do a hard reset?
