nothing special, if you have the correct settings to connect to the internet via WLAN to your desktop PC then it should work.

I can't connect to the Internet via WLAN at the moment
I'm running W2K on the desktop. Maybe you can offer help here
as well?

Do I have to do anything to the ActiveSync settings on the IPAQ
or the PC ?

Cheers

What kind of WAP are you using? Are you using DHCP? Can you PING the gateway? You shouldn't have to do anything with ActiveSync to surf the Net with your device...

No WAP, just a wireless USB LAN adapter and Win2K connecting
via a dialup connection.

I can now connect my IPAQ to my PC and vice versa using NetUse and I can ping each other, transfer files etc...

The only thing I can't do yet is share the internet connection that my PC has. Would really like that !

You need to enable Internet Connection Sharing in Windows 2000, and enable DHCP on your Pocket PC, and you should, in theory, be set.
