I purchased an IPAQ 3650 about a year and a half ago and have upgraded to PPC2K2 when Compaq released it. A couple of days ago, the screen flipped and is displayed itself mirrored. I am planning on contacting Compaq/HP tech support. Has anyone had to deal with this screen problem? How is their tech support?

I've not had that problem, but it's a well-known one on the original iPaqs. It's caused by a loose connection within the unit. Calling HP and requesting repair is usually the way to resolve this; they should be aware of it.
