Ipaq 220 & 2495 won't turn on ?

Hi,
I own 2 ipaq's a 220 & 2495

Recently the 2200 would not turn on so i found a online repair store who said send it to us for a free evaluation, well not free but 8.00 for return shipping. They told me just to replace the main battery. So i ordered one online and when it came i charged it in the ipaq for 2 day's. Then when i turned it on it still did NOT turn on. ??

OK, then today my 2495 which i use everyday would not turn on, so i press the reset button on the bottom and it restarted, and was able to work with it.

So could it be the battery in both units that cause it not to turn on, obviously not in the 2200 it still won't turn on.

The 2495 say's the battery is 80% charged.

Any help is greatly appreciated as i use the 2495 everyday for work and my 2200 was supposed to be the backup.
