Default IPAQ 1940 Attachment size limit ?

Is there a limit to the size and amount of attachments allowed in the configuration of the inbox settings? I have a user whose IPAQ 1940 locks up during sycronization. I have the size of attachment limits set to 400K. This seems small to me but I am not sure. It only goes back 2 days also.

If I disable attachments all together, it works fine.

Could it be the type of attachment being syched that's causing the problem? What's the file type? Sometimes it's even that a Word document has certain features in it that trips up the sync process.... :-(

Default IPAQ 1940 not syncing

Word documents , PDF, Excel, I have recently checked the Conversion settings also. They seem to be correct.

And it dies when synching ALL of those file types? Or just some?

Do you have it set up to store the attachments on a storage card (an option in Pocket Inbox?). Try setting it back to internal RAM, then back to the storage card - the folder might have gotten screwed up on the memory card.
