Reload this Page HP turns off as soon as it is out of the cradle. Any thoughts on this???

Default HP turns off as soon as it is out of the cradle. Any thoughts on this???
I am confused and getting really stressed out over this. When I put the Ipaw hx4700 in the cradle it powers on just fine and shows a full charge. As soon as I take it out of the cradle it dies. Any clues?

First thought is bad battery.
