I have 3970, a pc card expansion pack plus a wlan cisco card. i have no pro using the combination to surf internet on my 3970, but how can i active sync my 3970 with my pc?

In Settings, Connections, Connections, make sure the bottom dropdown reads "My network card connects to Work" whenever you want to sync using the [wireless] lan card.
