Default How to replace iPaq 1940 backup battery?

I have an old 1940 that I have not used for many months, but I am using again after my palm was stolen last week. The backup battery is showing up as 0% charged. I have the replacement already, and a torz 5 screwdriver.

When i open the 1940 case and take the back off, nothing seems to move. Are there any other locking devices, or do i just need to prise the case open?

thx.

You shouldn't take apart your 1940. It doesn't contain a replaceable battery. All you need to do is keeping the PDA on charge to top up your main battery; in some hours/day, the backup battery (which is a rechargeable, built-in battery OR a capacitor) will be charged up automatically.
