Default have to vent.....
<rant>

i'm a 5455 owner. why is it i can download ROM updates but have to 'order' the PPC 2k3 upgrade and wait 3-4 weeks for a CD?

i can even download a 135MB office beta update. this kills me. i got no problem paying for it, but this fulfillment process isn't very fulfilling.

Maybe the reason is copy protection related.
