Compaq has not released EUU3 for the ipaq, or given a release date. Some people have apparently tried installing the LOOX update on the ipaq, although I wouldn't recommend it unless you just want to play around with it.

You don't. Not unless you are consciously willing to run the risk to turn your iPaq in a US $350 paperweight. I know it has been succesfully done with previous updates, but you'll see that the moment you try it to do it as well, the EUU3 turns out to be just a tad more machine specific then the previous ones, and very effectively sends your iPaq into early retirement.

No chance Compaq will honor any warranty claims when this turns out to be the case ..... I've seen it happen before, and it will happen again ... believe me ...
