Does your Record button start your h5450?

I have an iPAQ h5450 and the Record button sometimes turn on my h5450 and sometimes not.

So sometimes, if i want to record a voice memo i have to first start my pda, and then push the record button. But sometimes i only have to press the record button to record.

Does this happends to you too?

I have to make sure that I'm actually pressing the record button and not one of the volume buttons, but yes, record always turns my h5455 on.

mmm... i don't know, i mean, sometime i get the record action, but sometimes not... i don't know..

Maybe is a "hard" button to press

It is a difficult button to press, but it does always work (it goes to Pocket Informant notes on mine).

I agree - the trick is NOT to press one of the two volume directions and press firmly in the middle. Mine is set up to launch Nevo, but I'm probably changing it over to the new @Mail program! But in either case, it always starts my PPC.
