Default Developing Java programs using J2ME on Ipaq4150

hello, everyone, I am trying to writing some java applications which can be run on my Ipaq4150, I have download J2ME wireless toolkit2.1-01, and installed. The following are my questions:

1.What should I do next if I want to test some java programs whether they can be run on 4150?
2. And can someone tell me how to install KVM on my Ipaq as the virtual machine?
3. Jeode,personalJava,KVM which one is better JVM to use on Ipaq?
