All Pocket PCs use Windows CE as their underlying operating system. However, there are two different versions that run on the iPAQ 3635: Pocket PC 2000 and Pocket PC 2002. You can compare the screenshots of each (use the links above) to easily determine which you have.

If you have Pocket PC 2000, it's theoretically upgradable. However, it's not necessarily easy to find that upgrade nowadays...

Ok ... i check it and it seam ... igot the 2000 version ... so where can i find some update for this ... i check with hp ... but nothing teasy to find there ... so if some one have an idea !!!! :|

No, it won't work. Upgrades are very device-specific.

Finding a Pocket PC 2002 upgrade will be difficult now, it's been years since it was discontinued. You can try searching eBay or the Internet, but I don't know how successful you'll be.

i found aan updated rom from compaq ... i udated my pocket pc from 1.77 rom version to 2.14

so i think it was good enought ...

so thank's for the help
