Default CF+ Battery and "Backup Battery" on 5455

How do I know how much battery power remains in my CF+? I thought that it was gauged by the "backup battery" meter, but when I remove the sleave on my 5455 the "backup battery" meter remains. I assume this is some kind of system backup battery- is this correct?

If so, how can I find out the remaining power left on my CF+ sleave?

Just go to | Start (menu) | Settings | System | Expansion Pack |
You'll find it their.
