Default Is this card 4700 compatible?

I know SDHC is not supported but this card isn't marked either way. The site I found it on usually puts SDHC cards separately, but this one is so cheap I doubt it's really not SDHC. Can anyone tell for sure?

Thanks!

I would think it's not SDHC, since it's marked as 133x. SDHC cards are speed rated as class 2, 4, or 6.
