Advice on A device

After 3 years companionship and battery struggling my HP IPAQ H5450 64 MB POCKET PC 2002 ,died about 6 months ago.

I have not been able to determine what the successor shall be.

I like the power of the HP IPAQ H5450 64 MB POCKET PC and like to have an operatingsystem that can take most of my old programs.

Please advice
