ActiveSync over IR

Stanley Tan Pupil Join Date: Jan 2003 Posts: 19		ActiveSync over IR Whenever I try to use ActiveSync over IR, the iPAQ makes a connecting sound and then a disconnecting sound. No error message is given. Is there something I have to configure in order to get this to work?

szamot Sage Join Date: Mar 2004 Posts: 747		What device are you using, I almost never use a cable or a cradle and it works for me, that's why I am puzzled by your question.

Stanley Tan Pupil Join Date: Jan 2003 Posts: 19		It's an iPAQ 3970 using ActiveSync 3.7. Really weird. It should work but it keeps on disconnecting right away.
