The ActiveSync window has the words "see status on device" next to the Inbox, indicating it is not synchronising properly. can anyone give me a lead on what I need to change on the iPaq to allow it to synchronise? thanks in advance.
Run ActiveSync on the PPC and you should see what the problem is. You've probably selected to sync your Inbox with an Exchange Server rather than with your desktop PC.
