"Shortly after releasing the SP23837 on hp.com, reports were received from a small number of customers that they had experienced problems. As a result, the SoftPaq has been removed from the download page. The set of circumstances that led to the reported problems have been identified and resolved. A new SoftPaq will be posted to hp.com with an updated version soon. "

The link is there. If you go and click on it, there's no download page, just the explanation.

MultiMatt Intellectual Join Date: Jul 2003 Posts: 253		Acting up I've only had my 5455 for a few weeks, and I had not really used my CF Expansion Pack Plus (with the battery attached) until this week while on a trip. No matter what I tried, I could not get the device to recognize or to use the battery. I am not sure if it is due to the battery softpaq that I installed, or if this was an existing issue. I am venturing to guess that it has to do with this faulty softpaq. This is my 3rd iPAQ (3850, 3970 previously), and I have to say that I have seen more issues with this (HP) one than my others! 8O Matt __________________ Matt Coddington Founder, Windows Mobile Louisville
