Connection port at the bottom of my friend's 5455 is completely dead. He can't sync, charge, or connect anything to the device. In other words, the device itself is totally useless. He tried all the solutions he could think of, but it seemed that the port was physically damaged.
Does anyone know how much it might cost for HP to fix it? (include shipping and other fees)
