5455 Battery & Hard Reset

Anyone else experience the battery just dropping dead? I've tried a soft reset and the thing acts totally dead. I put on the charging stand and it says it is charging but pull it off and it dies again. I pulled out the battery twice and on the second try it hard reset when I put in the cradle again. Wonder if it has something to do with the security and all the resets and craddle docking.

Considering how new this model is, it should not be having battery drain problems. See if you can trade it in a get a new one...

None of the things you really mention should cause the battery to drain. Unless it's accidentally turning on in your pocket....
