Thanks for your help. That was exactly the problem. And looking back on it the problem began right after I updated Norton Internet Security.

can you guys help me out? I tried to get the Ebook on my Pocket PC today with no luck.
I was able to download it, but it would download to a temp folder and open automatically on my computer. How do I find it and place it on my pocket pc?

On your desktop, look in "my documents" then "my library"

K, I did that, but when I tried to view them on my PPC I get an error stating: "This ebook is no longer available"

very odd. hope you didn't do something cute like right-click on the title of the eBook, click "Save Target As..." then specify a folder. if you did, you saved a shortcut to a page which a) authenticates you and b) starts a file download. after that weeks books expired from view (weren't offered any mo'), then you can't get them (in theory).

Nope, I copied the file from the Ebook folder I got above, and I pasted it into my PPC Documents.

I think that's the error that you get if you don't have the latest version of Reader installed on your PPC. Be prepared to give up 2+ megs of Ram for the install, have fun!
