Default How to create .lit table of contents?
I have a .rtf document that I would like to convert to a .lit file for MS Reader. I have used MS Word along with the reader plugin to make an ebook, but I would like to have a table of contents as well. How can I go about doing this?

Make one in MS Word and it will be transferred.
