Default Creating separate chapters in MS Reader ebooks

I have created MS Reader ebooks with the MS Word ebook add-on.

However it does not (or I am not sure how to) create separate chapters.

I will like to be able to skip a chapter at a time rather than scrolling to the chapter I need.

Anyone can advise?

Thanks

It's fairly simple if you're familiar with style formatting:

1. Create chapter headers, and use the 'Header 1' style on all of them - you can either select it from the dropdown box on the formatting toolbar, or use ->Format->Syles and Formatting...

2. Create a Table of Contents from ->Insert->Reference->Indes and Tables...->Table of Contents tab - use the default options and press ok.

3. Run the word add-in - you're done!

Bobyeo:

It depends on whether or not you are looking to encode each chapter as a separate document or would like to be able to use the "tours" (exposed in the Reader as "skip by" in the riffle control) feature in Reader. If you want to be able to use this you will need to use a tool like Readworks Standard/Publisher. If you just want to be able to create an inline table of contents with the Word Add-in then the steps above that were provided by Nurhisham should be just fine.

Sincerely,
Christine - Microsoft Reader Team

Thanks Hussein,

I already have hyper links to direct me to the chapter from the contents page.

But That is not what I need. There is a chapter "skip button" at the bottom of the Microsoft Reader. I need the skip using that.

Thanks Christine,
Is your solution the one that allows me to use the skip button?
If so, where can I get Readworks Standard Publisher?
