Default Convert .pdf to .rtf

Alright, I decided to go with the Mobireader format and use Mobireader Publisher to create the ebooks. The problem is Publisher dosent accept .pdf as input. However, it supports rtf input. I have Acrobat Reader 5.0 and copying the text and pasting it into a word file delets the paragraph formating and such. Does anyone know of a pdf>rtf converter, preferrably free, online-based or plugin, that retains the formating?

Unfortunately, the one that's closest that I know of isn't free.

There are tons of services out there that convert pdf files to html, use one of them then go from html to rtf. (this might not give you pretty formatting, it's a free solution though)

I like "pdftohtml", a free and simple no-nonsense command line utility that converts .pdf files into .html files quite well for me.
