Default x50v battery when watching vids (from experience)

ok been having a lot of fun backing up my DVDs (and some TV progs) to my x50v for use when on business travel... have a question though before i go out into the world and actually test it (this upcoming weekend):

how good is the x50v battery when watching movies? i mean if i'm on a plane - can i expect to get through an entire 2 hour movie w/o a power source?

THANKS!

Two hours on the standard battery isn't at all unreasonable. Some people have gotten three. I advise that you use BetaPlayer, clock the processor down to 208 MHz, and let the 2700G video decoder do all the heavy lifting.

You can crank it down to 208 with the built in processor speed applet. If you want to play with a clock speed program like XCPUScalar, you could crank it down even lower to 104 or something, but I don't think it's neccessary.
