WMP 9 SDK?

I am looking for the instructions on how to create a skin for WMP 9. I hate ... er... HATE how Microsoft makes documentation disappear when a new version comes out.

ESPECIALLY when those of us with year old PPCs (GASP!) can't run WMP 10.

(Note to self: Watch M$ for new releases, download EVERYTHING for previous versions the night before)

Anybody know where I can find the instructions? I know I had read them once.

Here's the link to the Windows Media 10 SDK. The content for creating WMP9 skins is still detailed in the latest revision of this SDK.
