wat sound quality level should i set in pocketdivx encoder ??

I use ipaq 2215 pda. . I used to use the wmv format to view movies using the built-in wmp.

My friend told me about the betaplayer..He also gave me some videos.I was too impressed with the frame rates and picture quality.
The best thing was that even the video songs occupied around 6 MB(gr8!!)..but there was one thing that was missing..the sound quality which was lacking.When i use wmv format got the same file around 5.5 MB but with much better sound quality though not that much great picture clairity(i encoded it at 200 kbps)..I want to keep the files as small as possible(at least 320 X 240 res).

So the main point is what should i do to increase the sound quality without increasing the size of my music video.
One more thing..my pal told me that he encoded the video using pocketdivx encoder and he set the picture quality level to 7
