Default Is there a way to record video via bluetooth?

I would like to link a mini surveilance camera to a PocketPC and record the incoming video stream. My preferred method of transfer would be Bluetooth. Are there any bluetooth wireless cameras available, and is there a way to stream their video to a PocketPC and record it there?

Alternatively, if Bluetooth is not an option, is there a way to use any other part of the radio spectrum to transmit and record streaming video? I have read about mini surveilance cameras that use the Ghz part of the spectrum and come with a receiver that has a USB adapter to be used with regular PCs. Perhaps the USB adapter could be hooked up to a PocketPC with a USB Port (e.g. Toshiba sells USB adapters for some of their models).

I am not planning to use this for any of the obvious voyeuristic purposes but as part of a business idea.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
