Step one: You buy a BIG flash card
Step two: You buy a cardreader
Step three: You transfer the file to the card using the cardreader

Or alternatively, you download a free pocket DiVX player, download the free Pocket DiVX encoder and compress the file using that and make it fit on a much smaller flash card.
